FOR FLETCHER MINOR SUBDIVISION
BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on May 23, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Art and Tammy Fletcher to allow a 2 lot Minor Subdivision.
The location of the property is 5620 South Shore Drive located in Jackson Township.
Legal description of premises:
Part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the East half of the Southwest quarter of said Section 31; thence West with the South line of said East half of the Southwest quarter 270.00 feet; thence North 150.00 feet; thence North 47 degrees 06 minutes East 232.09 feet; thence North 174.00 feet; thence East 100.00 feet to the East line of said East half of the Southwest quarter; thence South with said East tine 492.00 feet to the beginning, containing 2.00 acres, more or less.
The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
