Driving left of center and turning right on a red light downtown resulted in the arrest of a Trafalgar woman for drunken driving.
Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy William Pool stopped Gale E. Hutton, 69, in the 300 block of Main Street in Nashville just after 7 p.m. June 21. Pool reported smelling alcohol on her, that her speech was slurred, and her eyes were watery and bloodshot. Hutton fumbled for her ID and her balance was uneasy, the report said.
A breath test showed her blood-alcohol content to be 0.12, over the legal limit of 0.08.
She was charged June 25 with three alcohol-related misdemeanors.
