TO: David Michael Dickey Revocable Trust, dated February 3, 2017 and Unknown Beneficiaries of David Michael Dickey Revocable Trust, dated February 3, 2017:

BE IT KNOWN, that MutualBank, successor in interest by merger to BloomBank, f/k/a Bloomfield State Bank, the above-named Plaintiff by its attorney, Jason L. McAuley, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendants, David Michael Dickey Revocable Trust, dated February 3, 2017, Unknown Beneficiaries of David Michael Dickey Revocable Trust, dated February 3, 2017, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendants, David Michael Dickey Revocable Trust, dated February 3, 2017, Unknown Beneficiaries of David Michael Dickey Revocable Trust, dated February 3, 2017, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on a home equity line of credit and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, to wit:

A part of Lot Numbered Twenty-nine (29) in Orchard Hill Subdivision, Second Addition, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 11 on page 67, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, same being a subdivision of a part of the North half of Section 13, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 29; running thence North 44 % degrees West 215 feet to a point marked by an iron stake; thence South 36 degrees West 132.5 feet to a point marked by an iron stake; thence South 54 degrees East 242 feet to a point marked by an iron stake on the North side of a thirty-foot wide roadway; thence North 21 54 degrees East along said roadway 1027 feet to the point of beginning.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
