NOTICE/SUMMONS

To “All Interested Persons Regarding the below described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana”, and to any other persons who may be concerned:

A part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of State Highway No. 45 located 681.5 feet East of the Southwest corner of said quarter quarter and running thence West along the center of said highway, 450.5 feet to a point; thence North 14 9.5 feet to a point; thence West 75.0 feet to a point; thence South 149.5 feet to a point in the center of aforesaid highway; thence West 86.0 feet to a point; thence North 16 degrees 00 minutes West 206.2 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 00 minutes West 49.5 feet to an iron pin; thence North 7 degrees 30 minutes East 159.6 feet to an iron pin; thence North 52 degrees 00 minutes East 171.6 feet to an iron pin; thence North 60 degrees 00 minutes East 374.9 feet to an iron pin; thence North 81 degrees 45 minutes East 99.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 660.0 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7.79 acres, more or less.

ALSO, SUBJECT TO ALL OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS OF WAY AND EASEMENTS

Plaintiff seeks to quiet title a (7.79) acre tract of land. Said tract of land lacks a contract cancellation and conveyance by the insurance company and is creating a cloud on the title; Plaintiff seeks to quiet title against any and all Defendants as well as any heirs, devisees or assigns, if any exist.

You are hereby notified that you are a Defendant in the above-entitled cause pending in the above-named Court.  The nature of this action is a Complaint To Quiet Title.

You must appear and answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication hereof as hereinafter set forth and if you fail to do so, judgment will be entered against you for what Plaintiff has demanded.  If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
