VERIFIED PETITION OF DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC FOR APPROVAL OF A PREMIER POWER SERVICE STANDARD CONTRACT RIDER NO. 25 AND APPROVAL OF ALTERNATIVE REGULATORY PLAN (“ARP”) AND DECLINATION OF JURISDICTION TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO IND. CODE § 8-1-2.5-1, ET SEQ.
On May 7, 2018, Duke Energy Indiana, LLC filed a Verified Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause No. 45089 for approval of a Premier Power Service Rider No. 25, for the installation and use of backup generators during power outages, to be available to qualifying commercial and industrial customers, including alternative regulatory plan flexibility and declination of jurisdiction under Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5-6.
