Vivian Doty, battery by bodily waste, Level 6 felony; remaining counts dismissed; 545 days in Department of Correction/Brown County jail/Brown County Community Corrections, all suspended. Probation for 545 days with conditions to include: 50 hours of community service, mental health evaluation, DNA testing; $186 fine and total court costs. Defendant’s conviction shall be entered as Class A misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation.

Patricia Alton, possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony; unlawful possession of a syringe, Level 6 felony; remaining counts dismissed. On each count, concurrent, 600 days in DOC/BCJ/BCCC with 12 days executed, remainder suspended. Credit for six actual days. Probation for 588 days with conditions to include: 90 days of day reporting with electronic monitoring, 40 hours of community service, DNA testing. Any property seized is forfeited with exception of stipulation filed by parties on Sept. 19; $387 fine and total court costs.

Zachary Koomler, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangering a person, Class A misdemeanor; operating a vehicle while intoxicated — previously convicted of the offense of OWI within five years, Level 6 felony; remaining counts dismissed; 545 days in DOC/BCJ/BCCC with 172 days executed, remainder suspended. Credit for 86 actual days. Probation for 373 days with standard OWI conditions. License suspension for one year commencing as per BMV due to refusal suspension; $386.50 fine and total court costs. Defendant shall be released from probation upon successful completion of special conditions. Defendant conviction shall be entered as Class A misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation.

Corey Durbin, resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor; remaining counts dismissed; 365 days in BCJ, all suspended. Probation for 270 days with conditions to include: 40 hours of community service, mental health evaluation; $186 fine and total court costs. Firearms seized (except handguns) to be returned to the defendant at close of probation. Handguns shall not be returned to defendant, but may be released to a person who shows proof of ownership.
