NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE

  The State of Indiana to the Defendants above-named and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is to quiet title on the following described real estate located in Brown County, Indiana:

Parcel No.: 006-08250-02   TRACT OES-361

An unplatted parcel of ground designated as TRACT OES-361 and located in a part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 4 East, described as follows: Commencing at a point North 00 degrees 00 minutes East (assumed bearing) 150.25 feet from the Southwest corner thereof, said point being on the North line of 2-5 Drive; thence North 56 degrees 38 minutes East with said North line 216.90 feet; thence North 61 degrees 12 minutes East with said North line 137.50 feet; thence North 28 degrees 52 minutes West 435.58 feet to a point on the South line of 2-4 Drive; thence North 62 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East with said South line 158.19 feet; thence North 57 degrees 22 minutes East with said South line 150.00 feet to the place of beginning of this described Tract; thence North 57 degrees 22 minutes East with said South line 130.00 feet; thence South 27 degrees 41 minutes 38 seconds East 173.29 feet; thence South 68 degrees 08 minutes West 130.00 feet; thence North 27 degrees 46 minutes West 148.90 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.49 of an acre more or less.

Subject to the restrictions and covenants as set forth in a Warranty Deed dated 6/21/74 and recorded 6/25/74 in Deed Record 102, pages 63-66 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Subject to all easements and right-of-way affecting said real estate.

Commonly known as: Beaver Drive, Nineveh, IN (hereinafter the “Real Property”)

This summons by publication is specifically directed to all the Defendants above-named.  In addition to the above-named Defendants being served by this summons, there may be other persons who have an interest in this lawsuit.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney on or before the 15th day of March, 2019, (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit is published), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
