To the defendants named below herein, and any other person who may be concerned.

You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above.

The nature of the suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property located in Brown County at 5374 State Rd. 45, Nashville, IN, 47448, legally described as:

LOCATED IN BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA. A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING NORTH 338 FEET, EAST 426.6 FEET AND NORTH 208.5 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID EAST HALF; THENCE NORTH 217.6 FEET; THENCE EAST 520.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 217.6 FEET; THENCE WEST 520.5 FEET TO THE BEGINNING, CONTAINING 2.6 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. GRANTORS ALSO GRANT TO THE GRANTEES, THEIR HEIRS AND ASSIGNS, THE RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER A 20-FOOT WIDE PERPETUAL NON- EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT LYING TO THE LEFT OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE: BEGINNING 133.5 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED 2.6 ACRE TRACT; THENCE SOUTH 11 DEGREES 50 MINUTES WEST 212.8 FEET; THENCE EAST 186.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 35 FEET TO THE CENTER OF STATE ROAD NO. 45 GRANTORS RETAIN FOR THEMSELVES, THEIR HEIRS AND ASSIGNS A PERPETUAL, NON- EXCLUSIVE 20-FOOT WIDE EASEMENT OVER AN EXISTING ROADWAY RUNNING NORTH AND WEST TO THE WEST LINE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED TRACT CONVEYED HEREIN. (hereafter “Real Estate”).

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are not known with certainty:

Robert L. Hanner, Deceased, and Heirs-At-Law, Devisees, Legatees, Descendants, Personal Representatives, Executors, Trustees, and Administrators of Robert L. Hanner; and Any Unknown Occupants

You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

You may be entitled to a settlement conference that will allow you to speak with your mortgage company and discuss alternatives to foreclosure. If you want a settlement conference, you must request it with the court within 30 days after you received this summons.
