THE STATE OF INDIANA TO THE DEFENDANTS AND INTERESTED PERSONS:
Be advised that Christian L. Catt has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title on January 10, 2019, as to the following parcel of real property located in Brown County, Indiana:
Lot Numbered WS-16, in Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Numbered 24, which Plat is recorded in Plat Book No. 1 on page 5, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
Commonly known as: 6357 Warbler Drive, Nineveh, Indiana 46164
The correct name and legal residence of some of the individual and corporate defendants are unknown. Interested parties must answer or otherwise respond to the complaint within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this summons, or a judgment will be entered granting the Plaintiffs demand. If you have a claim against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, or the real estate mentioned above, you must assert it in your written answer.
A certified copy of the final judgment in the proceeding will be filed, not more than three (3) months after the judgment is entered, in the Recorder’s Office of Brown County, Indiana.
