LEGAL NOTICE
On January 31, 2019, Duke Energy Indiana, LLC filed a Verified Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause No. 45193 requesting the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to decline its jurisdiction over, or otherwise approve an alternative regulatory plan for the offering of a Prepaid Advantage Pilot Program applicable to residential customers pursuant to Indiana Code §§ 8-1-2.5-5 and 8-1-2.5-6.
