NOTICE OF ELECTION AND
ANNUAL MEETING OF THE
CORDRY-SWEETWATER
CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
The Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District will meet for its annual meeting and election of directors on January 9, 2021 at the CSLOA Clubhouse located at 8751 Nineveh Road, Nineveh, Indiana 46164. The election of directors will occur prior to the annual meeting.
There are vacancies on the Board of Directors for Areas 5 and 6. The District has received two (2) nominating petitions for a Director to represent Area 5. Jay Nogan and Tobi Ferguson have been nominated. An election will be held commencing at 10:00am and ending at 12:00 Noon on January 9, 2021 at the CSLOA Clubhouse located at 8751 Nineveh Road, Nineveh, Indiana 46164. The election will be held prior to the annual meeting. The annual meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:00pm on January 9, 2021 at the CSLOA Clubhouse located at 8751 Nineveh Road, Nineveh, Indiana 46164.
One (1) nominating petition has been received to replace the Director for Area 6. Pat Sherman has been nominated to replace the Director for Area 6. Pursuant to I.C. 14-33-5.11.5, Pat Sherman will be deemed to have been elected to represent Area 6.
At the annual meeting, which shall occur following the election at 1:00pm, the Board of Directors of the Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District shall consider and approve claims, receive information concerning the affairs of the District, and shall take such other action as may be permitted by law.
