Eddie Lee Rose, age 79, of Nashville, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 in the I.U. Health; Bloomington Hospice House. Born July 3, 1942 in Brown County, he was the son of Ralph Burl and Rosie Belle (Rariden) Rose. Eddie was a graduate of Nashville High school, class of 1960 and retired as a mechanic for Full-O-Pep Rentals in Bloomington.
Eddie is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Louise (Shipley) Rose, of Brown County, whom he married December 9, 1960, daughter, Robin Rose, of Brown County, son, Scott (Cris) Rose, of Brown County; eight grandchildren, Kristin Roberts and Jonathan Roberts, both of Columbus, Sabra Duff and Elijah Duff, both of Bloomington, Craig Davis, of Morgantown, Garrett (Tiffany) Davis and Jordan Rose, both of Indianapolis and Evan Rose, of Columbus; two great grandchildren, Ayden Lentz and Sophia Young and one sister, Sue Seitz, of Nashville.
Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Doris Scrougham and two brothers, Robert Rose and Leon Rose.
Graveside funeral services were held on Thursday, September 30 at 3:30 p.m. at the Duncan Cemetery in Brown County with Rev. Jason Riggle officiating.
