The Nashville Utility Service Board will meet Friday morning to discuss a possible water rate increase in 2025.
The agenda for Friday’s meeting at 10 a.m. in Town Hall, 200 Commercial St., will include preliminary consideration of a possible water rate increase based on financial analysis by ms consultants inc. and O.W. Krohn & Associates, according to Town Manager Sandie Jones.
No further information on Friday’s planned discussion was available, Jones said Wednesday.
Among other items on the board meeting agenda is a presentation on water loss from SmartAcqua, an update on the town’s wastewater rehabilitation project, discussion of a sewer ordinance for excessive loading and consideration of bids for a new utility truck.
