Brown County high school is honoring 50 years of Eagles varsity football with a special alumni celebration this week.
The 50th Anniversary Alumni Celebration for Brown County High School football is set for 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at the school’s auxiliary gym.
The alumni event will celebrate former players, coaches, managers and staff of the football program over the past half-century.
The celebration will take place in advance of the Eagles’ home matchup against a Western Indiana Conference rival, the North Putnam Cougars.
Through the first six games of the season, Brown County’s varsity team has posted a 4-2 record under first-year head coach Tony Bell.
