Amanda Beck and Karl Spencer of Yale, Illinois, will be married Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016, outdoors at the Heritage House barn in Nashville.

The bride is the daughter of Robin Krebbs. The groom’s parents are Brad and Prudence Spencer of Yale.

Amanda is a 2003 graduate of Brown County High School. In 2004, she received a dental assisting certificate from Ivy Tech Community College and works as a certified dental assistant with Dr. Steven Junken’s office in Nashville.

Karl is a 2002 graduate of Newton Community High School in Newton, Illinois. In 2004, he received an associate degree from Lake Land Community College. He completed a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and in 2010, earned a master’s degree in animal sciences from the University of Illinois. He farms at his home in Yale and is a part-time crop adjuster for Rain and Hail Crop Insurance.

The couple will reside in Yale on the Spencer farm.
