Book club

A Novel Bunch book club will meet from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at the Brown County Public Library, 205 Locust Lane.

Literary club

The Nashville Literary Club will meet at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at Willow Manor, 72 Willow St.

Donna Ormiston lead a discussion of “Cover Her Face” by P.D. James.

Rock and mineral club

The Brown County Rock & Mineral Club will meet at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 18, in the Community Room of the Brown County Purdue Extension office, 802 Memorial Drive at the fairgrounds. Visitors, new members and children with a guardian are welcome.

The meeting will feature a speaker on cabbing (shaping and polishing) stones for jewelry.

Club members are seeking quality vendors of rocks, minerals, gems and jewelry for a rock and mineral show/swap, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 at the Brown County History Center, 90 E. Gould St.
