NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1602-MF-000053 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Amy L. Laswell a/k/a Amy M. Laswell was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of October, 2016, at the hour of 10.00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
Part of the north half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, described as follows: Beginning North 88 degrees 02 minutes West 994.3 feet and North 00 degrees 25 minutes West 447.5 feet from the southeast corner of said north half; thence North 88 degrees 02 minutes West 629.3 feet; thence northwesterly with the County Road 332 feet; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes East 765.1 feet; thence South 00 degrees 25 minutes East 320.1 feet to the beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less, metes and bounds property.
