BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that Ryan Seward /Brozinnis Pizzeria has filed with the Area Plan Commission of the County of Brown, Indiana, an application for Rezoning of property, to wit:

Legal description of premises:

In-lot No.116 in the original plat to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana.

Also, a part of In-Lot No. 115 in the original plat to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Beginning 24.2 feet East of the Southwest corner of said In-Lot No.11, thence North 6.8 feet; thence East 43.8 feet; thence South 6.8 feet; thence West 43.8 feet to the beginning, containing 0.308 of an acre.

Five (5) feet off of the entire South side In-Lot No. 113 in the ORIGINAL FLAT of the TOWN OF NASHVILLE, Brown County, Indiana.

ALSO, In-Lot No.! 14 in the ORIGINAL FLAT of the TOWN OF NASHVILLE Brown County.

ALSO, In-Lot No. 115 in the ORIGINAL FLAT of the TOWN OF NASHVILLE, Brown County, Indiana, EXCEPT THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: Beginning 24.2 feet East of the Southwest comer of said In-Lot No. 1 IS, thence North 6.8; thence East 43.8 feet; thence South 6.8 feet; thence West 43.8 feet to the point of beginning.

Applicant is requesting approval for rezoning the described property from Restricted Buffer (RB) to Business 1 (B1).   The property is located at 140 W. Main Street located within the Town of Nashville.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

The Commission will hold a public hearing on September 27, 2016 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this petition by order of the Area Plan Commission. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
