A Fruitdale man was arrested for possessing a syringe and marijuana after a relative called the police, alleging he was out of control and using drugs.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht arrested Zackery White, 32, of Old Haggard Road Nov. 2. He reported finding a syringe found in White’s pocket along with about two grams of marijuana, the probable cause affidavit said.

He was charged Nov. 3 with unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor.
