A Bowling Green, Kentucky woman has been charged with a felony in Brown County after she failed to appear to serve a sentence in September.

On Sept. 9, Alexandria D.J. Drake, 31, was sentenced to 90 in the Brown County jail after being found in indirect contempt in a juvenile paternity case.

She was ordered to report to the jail on Sept. 16 to serve her sentence, but Jail Commander Tony Sciscoe reported she failed to appear, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Drake was charged with a Level 6 felony on Oct. 20.
