Probation for 355 days with conditions to include: Substance abuse evaluation, Victim Impact Panel and 56 hours community service. Driver’s license suspension for 90 days commencing Sept. 13, 2016; $1 fine, $39 restitution to Kurt M. Peters, $423.50 total costs.

Jan. 17

Jeremy D. Burgett, theft, Level 6 felony; 910 days BCJ with eight days executed, remainder suspended.  Credit for four actual days. Consecutive to 49G14-1304-FD-21255 and 49G14-1110-FC-059869. Probation for 902 days consecutive to probation in Marion County with conditions to include: 100 hours public service restitution, DNA testing as required, restitution of at least $25 every Friday. Restitution to Daryl Pfaehler: $1,900, joint and several with Kammy Woods (15F60379); $1 fine, $184 total costs.
