Wedding: Sierra Collins — Nicholas Dunning

Sierra Nicole Collins and Nicholas Eric Dunning were married Dec. 3, 2016, at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Columbus by the Rev. Clement “Clem” Davis.

The bride is the daughter of Glen and Seanne Collins of Nashville.

The groom is the son of Dennis and Mary Dunning of Columbus.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. She wore an ivory beaded vintage dress and a pearl necklace worn by four generations of women on her mother’s side, including her mother and sister at their weddings.

Crystle Helderman of Lafayette served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jaclynne Schuessler, Elizabeth Adkins and Amber Bhimaraju, all of Indianapolis. Harper Helderman of Lafayette, the bride’s niece, was the flower girl.

Stefan Dirksen of Indianapolis served as best man. Groomsmen were Rob Dunning, Tim Dunning and Ryan Fenbert, all of Indianapolis.

After the reception at Harrison Lakes Country Club in Columbus, the couple left for their honeymoon in Oahu, Hawaii.

The bride is a 2010 graduate of New Palestine High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Ball State University in 2014 and works as a biologist.

The groom is a 2008 graduate of Columbus North High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Ball State University in 2012 and works as a senior software engineer.

The couple resides in Indianapolis.
