By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, on Cause No. 07C01-1605-MF-000177 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Successor By Merger To Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, As Indenture Trustee For Gmacm Home Equity Loan Trust 2002-HE3, was Plaintiff and KENDALL L. KRITZER AND STEPHANIE P.
