ORDINANCE NO. 2017-05
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1995-1 ENTITLED
AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL
IN THE TOWN OF NASHVILLE, INDIANA
WHEREAS, increased traffic and use of the area, of Ridgeway Drive has created the need to improve traffic flow and safety in the area; and.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Nashville deems it advisable to amend its Traffic Control Ordinance;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
- That Ordinance No. 1995-1 be amended as follows:
That Section 7. B. Speed Regulations (10 mph limits) be amended as follows:
Add the following:
- Ridgeway Drive
- That Title VII, Chapter 72 of the Nashville Code of Ordinances: Traffic
Schedules – Schedule II. Speed Limits be amended accordingly as well.
