An Indianapolis man faces a drug-related felony in Brown County after he was stopped for speeding July 23 on State Road 46 East.

John B. Bundy, 50, was stopped for driving 76 mph in a 55 mph zone, according to a probable cause affidavit by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht.

The officer discovered that Bundy had a suspended driver’s license. While inventorying Bundy’s vehicle for towing, Eggebrecht reported finding a syringe next to the driver’s seat, the report said.

Bundy was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, on July 24.
