Agenda includes revised Brown County sign ordinance with proposed county commissioner changes; Thomas McLaughlin and William McLaughlin requesting a replat of lots at 6277 and 6300 Grosbeak Drive on Sweetwater Lake; Maple Leaf Performing Arts Center, Barry Herring, requesting rezoning of 13.74 acres in Washington Township from R1 (primary residential) and R2/partial FP (secondary residential/partial floodplain) to GB/partial FP (general business/partial floodplain); and Hard Truth Hills, Ed Ryan, requesting rezoning of 21.19 acres at 418 Old State Road 46 in Washington Township from R1 to GB.
