By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1507-MF-00235 wherein Centra Credit Union was Plaintiff, and Benjamin J. Beckemeyer, Roger P. Beckemeyer, Janet K. Beckemeyer, Matthew R. Crist, AT&T Corp, AT&T Communications – East, Inc., Brown County Treasurer, Helmsburg Regional Sewer District, and Unknown Tenants and Occupants of 2399 Main Street, Helmsburg, IN 47435, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th day of October, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 SR 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

“Lots Numbered Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Numbered Three (3), according to the corrected plant of the Town of Helmsburg, as recorded in Plat Cabinet 1, File 270A, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.”
