INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION CAUSE NO. 44944

IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF THE TOWN OF NASHVILLE, INDIANA, FOR APPROVAL OF A REGULATORY ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SERVICE TERRITORY FOR THE TOWN’S MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM PURSUANT TO IND. CODE 8-1.5-6 ET SEQ.

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in Room 222 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, commencing at 9:30 a.m. on September 15, 2017. This hearing is open to the public.
