Libby Kathleen Sisson and Aaron Michael Cox exchanged wedding vows Saturday, June 3, 2017, at the Sycamore at Mallow Run in Bargersville. The mid-morning outdoor wedding was officiated by close family friend, Gene King.

The bride is the daughter of Cathy and Harold Sisson of Greenwood, formerly of Brown County. The groom is the son of Tom Cox of Fairmount and the late Patricia Giever of Greentown.

The mother of the bride served as maid of honor; Josh Cox, brother of the groom, served as best man.

Family and close friends shared lunch and cupcakes during the reception inside the Homestead room.

The bride and groom both graduated from Center Grove High School.

After graduating from Franklin College, the bride earned her master’s degree from Purdue University. She graduated May 13 from Indiana University Medical School as a physician and is in residency training with IU School of Medicine in Indianapolis.

The groom graduated from Indiana State University and earned his master’s degree from ISU, also graduating May 13. He works as a software developer for myCOI in Indianapolis.

After a honeymoon trip to Mackinac Island, Michigan, the couple lives in Carmel.
