Public Notice

Brown County Schools is accepting sealed bids for the following items.

(Item 1) 1996 Ford F150 Truck, two wheel drive, long bed, straight 6 engine with 131,103 miles.

(Item 2) 2001 Ford Excursion, four wheel drive, V8 engine with 180,253 miles.

(Item 3) 2005 East Tennessee Cargo Trailer 20’ long box, Model TB720D, 7000# GVRW

All three items can be viewed at the North side parking lot of the maintenance facility.

All items are Sold AS IS.

Brown County Schools will only accept sealed bids. Bids need to have bid amount, contact name and telephone number.

One bid per item. If you are bidding on more than one item, each bid must be in an individual sealed bid envelope.

Bids must be hand delivered to the Transportation office @ 150 School House Lane Nashville Indiana 47448. Bids must be handed to Jannaka.

Bids will be accepted starting October 2nd thru October 6th from 8 am till 4 pm daily.  Bids will not be accepted after 4 pm on October 6th 2017.

Winning bidder will be notified by October 10th 2017 no later than 12 noon. Winner must pick up items by 12 noon October 13 with cash or check paid in full to Brown County Schools.
