HOWLOWEEN DOG PARADE: Starting with registration at Brown County Health & Living Center at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, parade starts at 4:30 through BCH&L and parking lots of Willow Manor and Hawthorne Hills, watch from Hawthorne Hills sidewalk, $20 per dog, fundraiser for Kids on Wheels skate park, first prize donated by Bone Appetit Bakery.
