NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1612-MF-000411, wherein Blue River Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Jeffrey H. Richardson, Kristina A. Richardson, Citimortgage, Inc., Mike Lauer, Board of Trustee Chairman, and Mike Yeager, Board of Trustees Secretary, on behalf of Indiana Carpenters Pension Fund ETA, Rose & Walker Supply, Inc., M. Doed, LLC/Kirby Thompson, Internal Revenue Service, State of Indiana, by and through its Department of Revenue, and Treasurer of Brown County, Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of December, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the office of the Sheriff of Brown County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:  Beginning at a concrete monument found marking the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 15; thence North 00-31E (assumed bearing) with the west line of said Northwest quarter Southwest quarter 871.6 feet to a capped rebar set; thence South 87-51E 250.0 feet to a capped rebar set; thence South 00-31W 871.6 feet to a railroad spike set in Cottonwood County Road in the South line of said Northwest quarter Southwest quarter; thence N87-51W with said South line 250.0 feet to the beginning, containing 5.0 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
