AREA PLAN COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that Darrin Kean has filed with die Area Plan Commission of the County of Brown, Indiana, an application for primary approval of a subdivision, to wit:
Legal description of premises:
A part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter section, thence North 88 degrees 22 minutes East 1020.4 feet; thence Southerly with the County Road 449.6 feet; thence North 88 degrees 25 minutes West 988.8 feet; thence North 02 degrees 21 minutes West 379.6 feet to the beginning, containing 9.11 acres more or less.; EXCEPTING THEREFROM 2.0 acres as described in Exhibit ^A” attached hereto.
Part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 4 Township 9 North, Range, 2 East described as follows:
Beginning South 02 degrees 21 minutes East 379.6 feet and South 88 degrees 25 minutes East 297.8 feet from the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North 02 degrees 21 minutes West 144.1 feet; thence South 88 degrees 25 minutes East 473 feet; thence South 02 degrees 21 minutes East 50 feet; thence South 88 degrees 25 minutes East 190 feet; thence Southeasterly with the County Road 100 feet; thence North 88 degrees.25 minutes West 691 feet to the beginning, containing 2.0 acres more or less.
Applicant is requesting primary approval of Kean Major Subdivision, a proposed 3 lot major subdivision in Jackson Township. The properties are located at 2660 and 2642 Lanam Ridge Road.
The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
The Commission will hold a public hearing on November 28, 2017 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this petition by order of die Area Plan Commission. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with die secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
