GNAW BONE — A Bloomington woman faces charges in Brown County after an officer said she was driving despite having no passenger-side front tire.

Alisha J. Finley, 27, was stopped at 12:38 a.m. Oct. 24 in the 5000 block of State Road 46 East.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Williams said Finley also had a broken headlight on her purple Plymouth in addition to the missing tire.

When speaking with her, Williams noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage and that her eyes were bloodshot, his report said. A breath test measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.21, nearly three times the legal limit for a driver.

She was booked into the Brown County jail. She was formally charged later that day with three alcohol-related misdemeanors.
