Jason M. Wallace, operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more, Class C misdemeanor; remaining counts dismissed; 60 days BCJ/BCCC all executed, credit for two actual days. Defendant’s sentence shall be served at Brown County jail commencing Feb. 1, 2018 at 6 p.m. Driver’s license suspended 60 days retroactive to administrative suspension; $1 fine, $386.50 total costs. Arrest warrant authorized by court on July 31 has not issued and will not issue.
