The Brown County Bluebird Club wants to thank the Shively family for permitting us to erect bluebird nest boxes at the Brown County Country Club.

In two years, 101 bluebirds have fledged from seven boxes. We have erected 11 additional boxes this winter.

The former golf course is a perfect habitat for nesting bluebirds and the Shivelys are always cordial and helpful.

Because of people like the Shivelys, the bluebird population in Brown County has significantly increased over the last two decades.
