NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1406- MF-000244 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE1 was Plaintiff, and, Margaret C. Clark, American General Financial Services, American Express Centurion Bank, Asset Acceptance LLC, Capital One Bank USA and DECA Financial Services LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th day of April 2018, at the hour of 10:00AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

All that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Brown, State of Indiana, being known and designated as a part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 9 North, Range 4 East, described as follows:

Beginning South 01 degree 19 minutes West 302.8 feet from the Northeast corner of the North Half of said Southeast Quarter Northwest Quarter; thence South 01 degree 19 minutes West 359.1 feet; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes West 784.2 feet; thence with the center of the Public Road North 53 degrees 15 minutes East 51.6 feet; North 61 degrees 16 minutes East 101.9 feet; North 70 degrees 09 minutes East 129.6 feet; North 77 degrees 09 minutes East 372.8 feet; North 55 degrees 01 minute East 107.2 feet; and North 44 degrees 31 minutes East 126.3 feet to the beginning. Containing 2.88 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
