Easter egg hunt planned at lakes

CORDRY-SWEETWATER — The Cordry-Sweetwater Volunteer Fire Department will have an Easter egg hunt in the park behind the station at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 24. The station is at 101 Firehouse Road, between the lakes.

Have breakfast with the Easter Bunny Saturday

The Easter Bunny will visit during breakfast from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 24, at the Seasons Lodge Conference Room, 560 State Road 46 East.

Photo opportunities will be available, along with a full breakfast buffet. Prices for the buffet are $9 per adult, $6 per child and free for ages 3 and younger. A portion of the proceeds will sponsor local child-related events.

Movie planned at church Good Friday

BEAN BLOSSOM — A historical biography, “Son of God,” will be aired at 7 p.m. on Good Friday, March 30, at Bean Blossom Community Church, 5046 State Road 135 North.

Easter breakfast and dinner buffet available at lodge

The Season’s Lodge dining room, 560 State Road 46 East, will host a breakfast buffet from 8 to 10 a.m. and a dinner buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Easter Sunday, April 1.

Breakfast prices are $11.95 per adult and $5.95 per child ages 3 to 11. The dinner buffet costs $23.95 per adult, $19.95 per senior and $9.95 per child ages 3 to 11.

Bean Blossom church plans Easter brunch

BEAN BLOSSOM — Bean Blossom Community Church, 5046 State Road 135 North, will serve a free Easter brunch pitch-in from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Sunday, April 1. Participants can bring a dish to share or just come.

An Easter service will follow at 10:30 a.m.

Egg hunt at Deer Run planned for children

Children ages 2 to 10 can participate in the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Deer Run Park. The free event starts at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 31 and will include an appearance by the Easter Bunny.

Egg hunt planned at fairgrounds

An inaugural community Easter egg hunt for children up to age 10 will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 31 at the green building on the Brown County 4-H fairgrounds.

Drinks and refreshments will be served at the building. In case of rain, the hunt will be moved inside.
