Community center offers lunch, cards

SPEARSVILLE — Hickory Ridge Civic League and Community Center, 2314 Hickory Ridge Lane, is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays, with lunch at 11:30 a.m.

•Thursday, June 21: Cards, puzzles or walking track, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; nurse’s visit, 10 to 11 a.m.; potluck, 11:30 a.m.

•Monday, June 25: Civic League meeting, 6 p.m.

•Thursday, June 29: Lunch at The Nashville House. Bus leaves Hickory Ridge at 10 a.m.
