By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01- 1608-MF-000256 wherein Federal National Mortgage Association was Plaintiff, and Steve A. Graham, Midland Funding, LLC and Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9 day of August, 2018, at the hour of 10am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Land situated in the County of Brown in the State of Indiana; Part of the South half of the Northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a rebar found marking the Northeast corner of said South half; thence South 1319.89 feet to an angle iron found marking the Southeast corner of said South half; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 15 seconds West 200.00 feet; thence North 1322.28 feet to the North line of said South half; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 45 seconds East 200.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.07 acres, more or less.
