PEOGA — A traffic stop for driving while suspended also resulted in a drug paraphernalia charge.
Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht stopped Ronny Wagers, 40, on Peoga Road May 17. Wagers told Eggebrecht that he had come from a home on Green Road.
During the stop, Eggebrecht reported finding a clear pipe with off-white and burned residue inside.
Wagers was charged May 18 with driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor.
