A Connersville woman was arrested on drunken driving charges in Brown County on June 9 after she was was stopped for speeding.
The traffic stop happened at State Road 46 East and Parkview Road just before 2 a.m., according to a probable cause affidavit by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Eggebrecht. He reported smelling alcohol on the driver, Amy Osborn, 46. He also reported that her speech was slurred, her eyes were glassy and her manual dexterity was poor.
A breath test showed her blood-alcohol content to be 0.10. She was charged June 12 with two misdemeanors.
