FRUITDALE — One person was taken to the hospital on Oct. 26 after a two-vehicle crash on State Road 135 North.

The crash was reported just after 12:30 p.m. near Fruitdale Road. Multiple witnesses stopped to see if they could help.

Indiana State Police Trooper Matthew Hatchett wrote in his report that Angela Gadd, 52, of Bloomington, was driving south on 135 North when her red SUV crossed the center line. The SUV then collided with a Saturn Vue driven by Taylor Sanders, 22, of Brown County.

Gadd’s vehicle then struck a ditch along 135 North, which caused it to roll over, according to the accident report.

Gadd was taken to IU Methodist Hospital for complaints of neck and back pain. Sanders refused EMS treatment at the scene.

The reason why Gadd crossed the center line was not included in Hatchett’s report.
