NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1709-MF-000372 , wherein PNC Bank, National Association, was Plaintiff, and Estate of Fay Marie Hatchett, Estate of James Bennett Hatchett, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th day of December, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 2 East, beginning at a point on the South right of way of State Highway No. 46, 44 Feet South of the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 2 East, which is the point of beginning of the real estate herein conveyed; thence South 286.75 Feet to a point; thence West 250 Feet; North 213.25 Feet to the South line of right of way line of State Highway No. 46; thence following State Highway No. 46 in a Northeasterly direction 260.58 Feet to the place of beginning, containing 1 1/4 Acres, more or less.
