NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Superior Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1803-MF-000119, wherein American Financial Resources, Inc., was Plaintiff, and Kenneth S. Cline, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of February 2019, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 10 North, Range 4 East, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 970 Feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 10 North, Range 4 East, running thence South 22 Degrees East 430 Feet to the center of the Public Highway; thence following the center of the Public Highway North 44 1/2 Degrees East 100 Feet; thence North 40 1/4 Degrees East 100 Feet; thence North 35 Degrees East 250 Feet; thence North 41 3/4 Degrees East 100 Feet; thence North 54 1/2 Degrees East 66 Feet; thence North 69 3/4 Degrees East 158.4 Feet to a point in the center of the Public Highway on the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section, Township and Range; thence West 746 Feet to the place of beginning, containing 3 1/2 Acres, more or less.
