Wanda Faye Smith, 69, of Nashville, passed from this life at 5:45 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2019, at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.
Wanda was born Nov. 23, 1949, in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Mary F. Shelton Sutherland.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and quilting.
Mrs. Smith married Roy L. Smith, May 25, 1968.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 51 years; sons, Greg (Kathy) Smith of Nashville and Kevin (Angela) Smith of Franklin; grandchildren, Kalie Smith, Matthew Smith, Noah Smith and Evan Smith; and a great-grandson, Oliver Ryan Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 12 at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike with Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at New Bellsville Cemetery in Brown County.
