Notice is given that Terre Haute Savings Bank was on June 28, 2019 appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of M Patricia Barth, who died March 11, 2019. The Personal Representative of Decedent’s estate was authorized to proceed under unsupervised administration.
All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in the Office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or within nine (9) months after the Decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.

Notice
The Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District (CSCD) has an existing loan with the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program to make water distribution system improvements. The utility will add additional projects including the purchase of leak detection equipment, purchase of GPS equipment, and will prepare an Asset Management Plan with the assistance of engineering and financial consultants.
