IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF BROWN COUNTY WATER UTILITY, INC., OF MORGANTOWN, INDIANA, FOR (1) THE AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE, (2) FOR APPROVAL OF A COST OF SERVICE STUDY AND RATE DESIGN, AND (3) FOR APPROVAL OF A NEW SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE
Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in Room 222 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, commencing at 9:30 a.m. on September 19, 2019. This hearing is open to the public.
