Probation for 180 days with standard terms and conditions. Restitution to be paid to Nashville Amoco/BP in the amount of $75. Defendant to pay at least $10 every Friday beginning two weeks after the beginning of probation until paid in full; $236 fine and total court costs.

Tallon Bowman, residential entry, Level 6 felony; remaining count dismissed; one year in BCJ with six days executed, remainder suspended. Sentence is concurrent to 07C01-1807-CM-0319 and consecutive to 41H02-1805-CM-0683. Credit for three actual days. Probation for one year with standard terms and conditions. In addition to the standard terms of probation, the defendant is to have no contact with victim nor anyone residing with her, write a letter of apology to the victim through the prosecutor’s office and give copy to probation officer and submit to DNA testing. Defendant may petition for alternative Class A misdemeanor sentencing upon successful completion of probation; $286 fine and total court costs.
