Phyllis L. (Kiphart) Cooper, age 86 of Morgantown, died on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. followed by a funeral service on Friday, Nov. 22 at 10:30 a.m. All services at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown.
